Who we are
Needus is an Australian recruitment and executive search firm based in Sydney. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Client enquiries: your name, business email, company, job title, phone number (if provided) and the details of your hiring requirement.
Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages visited and the type of device. We also record the page you first arrived on and the referring website so we know how enquiries find us; this is stored only with an enquiry you choose to submit.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, provide recruitment services, assess suitability for roles, and contact you about relevant opportunities. We do not sell personal information, and we will not share a candidate's details with a client without the candidate's agreement.
How we store and protect it
Enquiries are stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure that is not publicly accessible and is only available to the Needus team. Form details are never sent to analytics providers.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link in the site footer.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@needus.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us at info@needus.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
